WOOT for IMPACT!

In the RVP-Exchange office we have a map of the world where we keep a visual track of all where all our CEEDers and SNs have gone, and where our interns have come from. Each time a realization comes into the office, we put up another pin on the map! Here's the color coding:

Red = interns
Blue = SNs
Green = CEEDers
Yellow = Genesis CEEDers

WOOT for ExChanging lives!

(p.s. Notice the postcards on the upper right hand corner?? Send us more!! :P)

HAPPINESS ON THE WAY TO WORK

Haha. As we walk to the MC office, we pass a crosswalk to a school so there is a crossing guard. She smiled at Harshitha and I as we passed today and verrry chipperly said GOOD MORNING!
Why?? Haha.

Apparently yesterday on the way to work she said to 'Stas: "Good morning! Have fun at school today! Learn lots!"

AHAHHAHAHAHAHA. I'm telling you its the backpacks we wear - VERY deceiving, otherwise we TOTALLY look old and mature.

AIESEC CANADA IS HOT TO GOOOOOO!

Congratulations to John Kelly AND Talicia Correa for being selected for the Global Alumni Support Team! Of a nine person global support team, we have two rockstar Canadians selected. For being a country off in the "middle of nowhere" compared to the rest of the world, we're doing pretty good for ourselves staying involved globally, eh? :)

Much love, John and Talicia: no doubt you'll be a huge asset to this team.

The picture you see now is just one of the many taken during the retreat, as you can see it really shows the, hmmmm, how should I put it, normalcy?

kk that's all for now

TRICK!!!...no treat.

I write this post in appology to Spiderman, the vampire and princess.

Last night was my first official Halloween in Toronto. Exciting right?!? Well, not really. Actually quite embarassing! Last night, I ran home after work for my guitar lesson, and of course, because the lights were on in the house and we were in the living room, we had some visitors!

Only one problem....no candy :(

So I had the pleasure of sending 3 kids - Spiderman, the vampire and a princess packing without any candy! I didn't figure we would get anyone at our door, but lucky me! I was the only person at home when they all came by the house.

So my solution: I wrote a big note on our door that said "OUT OF CANDY" ... and although I felt guilty writing it, it worked!!!

If Spiderman, the vampire and princess are reading this right now - My most sincere appologies :)

John
