Congratulations Shirley (Director AI 07/08)!!!

Congratulations Gabitza (PAI 07/08)!!!

IPM is flying by! Egypt and the CC have been treating us amazingly well! We spent our first two days for WENA Pre-Meeting in Cairo, and now we're out at Ain el Sukhna for the conference. Mornings have blended into nights and nights into mornings...the parties have gone late and many celebrations out on the beach :) Today is legislation and tomorrow we'll be heading back into Cairo for an Egyptian themed dinner and party.
JK and Sma. 10-4. Over-and-out.

Damn Ontario -
way to be ON TOP!

6 TNs raised in one month!
YK: 1 - Adastra
OT: 1 - CIDA
GF: 1 - The Cooperators
WI: 1 - Performance Plus Golf Academy
RY: 2! - Spirus & LMD Financial

Not only are we raising a ton of interns, but we're having a huge impact on our local communities! Great stories are circulating like mad - check this one out from Windsor :)

"We decided for recruitment efforts we would have a game to attract people to our booth,
We took some of our postcards from past SN's and TN's, put a dot on a globe with a number, and had people guess what postcards were for what number, had about 9 postcards to pick that had no clear identify'ers on them. If they got more than two right they were entered in a draw for a gift certificate.

While I was standing there a member from AIESEC Germany began talking to me, she was on academic exchange, got her to join AIESEC at Windsor, and she's registered for OQ now.
While her and I were talking this old guy comes up, and nails each and every postcard, only person to do it all day. He picked out subtle differences in skin tone and hat styles, guy was like a detective, he's old so I don't want him to sign up but ask if he's ever heard of AIESEC. I should have known, he's AIESEC Germany Alumni, Works in Windsor for the MultiCultural Council.

OMG so huge AIESEC reunion from Germany infront of our booth, we get a shit load more people to sign up when they see it happen, members don't even believe it, and I say "happens all the time in AIESEC, what's the big deal" while secretly jumping for joy in my head. Was so cool! going to ask him to be on our board of advisors."---- Michael Mahoney

Many hugs and hearts - SO INSPIRED by impact we're creating.
Love,
Carolyn
